Cellulite, or the dimpling of skin on the legs and buttocks, is a common struggle for many adult women. It is formed when connective tissue, or the fibrous bands that connect underlying muscle fascia to the skin, start to break down and/or tighten irregularly. This can result in what is sometimes referred to as a “cottage cheese” look. Cellulite can be caused by an excess of fatty tissue or may be hereditary. Age loss of collagen and elastin, poor circulation, and thinning skin are all additional factors that can also contribute to the development of cellulite. If you are concerned about cellulite, we offer a variety of non-surgical treatments designed to reduce or eliminate the appearance of dimpling with little to no downtime.

Reduce or Eliminate Cellulite and Stretch Marks With Non-Surgical Treatments in Long Island and New York

Non-surgical cellulite and stretch mark procedures use a variety of advanced, state-of-the-art technologies to improve the appearance of skin. Some of the cellulite reduction treatments we offer include microneedling and lasers such as PROFOUND® and Cellfina. These services work to target the structural causes of cellulite. Comparatively, body contouring treatments including VelaShape and Sculptra® Butt Lift are designed to fill in dimples and add volume to the skin. Other treatments such as QWO work by stimulating the production of collagen and elastin.

To determine an appropriate treatment plan, all patients work with an expert provider who is dedicated to helping their patients achieve their unique aesthetic goals. Below you’ll find more information on the cellulite and stretch mark treatment options available at Deep Blue Med Spa, as well as the benefits of each.

  • Comfortable and fast in-office treatments
  • Long-lasting results
  • Little to no downtime

Types of Non-Surgical Cellulite & Stretch Mark Treatments We Offer

We offer a variety of non-surgical cellulite and stretch mark treatments that target and treat cellulite, stretch marks, and sagging skin.

Cellfina +

Cellfina is a non-invasive laser treatment designed to effectively release the fibrous bands responsible for causing a dimpling effect on the skin’s surface. The procedure typically takes around one hour to complete.

QWO Cellulite Treatment +

QWO is the first and only FDA-approved injectable for the treatment of moderate to severe cellulite in the buttocks of adult women. Formulated to break down the fibrous bands that cause cellulite and redistribute fat beneath the skin, QWO is often recommended in a series of three treatments with three weeks between each appointment.

PROFOUND +

Profound is a microneedling and radio frequency (RF) treatment that uses energy to reduce cellulite. By jumpstarting the body’s natural ability to produce collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid, Profound helps to plump, tighten, and smooth the skin.

VelaShape +

VelaShape is a non-surgical body contouring and skin tightening treatment that uses infrared light, RF technology, suction, and massage to tighten, tone, and reduce the appearance of cellulite. Fast and effective, this procedure has been shown to smooth skin in areas of the body including the hips and abdomen.

Sculptra Butt Lift & Augmentation +

Sculptra is a dermal filler that reduces the appearance of cellulite by increasing volume and stimulating natural collagen production. Sculptra butt lift injections provide a plumper, rounder, and more lifted butt while smoothing the skin.

Stretch Mark Reduction +

The Palomar® treatment for stretch marks uses a fractional resurfacing laser to send precise microbeams of heat energy to the skin, stimulating the body’s natural healing process and creating new collagen and new healthy tissue. In three to five sessions, this treatment can improve the skin texture and color of stretch marks.
